Zarova operates a public website, account system, member dashboard, admin dashboard, careers and application workflows, public content publishing, and product pages for LibraNex and Navo. This policy describes the information those live systems may collect and how it is used.

There is no user-facing AI assistant, autonomous investment service, or financial advisory service currently provided through the website.

Website visits may generate basic technical information such as pages visited, device and browser details, approximate region, referral information, loading behavior, and performance signals.

Accounts and authentication may collect email address, password credentials handled by Supabase, signup metadata, email confirmation state, reset-password activity, and session information needed to keep users signed in.

Profile data may include first name, last name, date of birth, occupation type, school, company, organization, industry, and optional profile pictures. Legal acceptance records may include document type, document version, accepted timestamp, and the user account associated with that acceptance.

Applications and early-access interest workflows may collect submitted opportunity responses, LibraNex Private Beta interest, application status, review notes visible to admins, and uploaded application files such as resumes or supporting documents.

CMS and admin content workflows may store public article copy, Markdown, cover images, article gallery images, media metadata, page-visibility settings, opportunities, and communication settings used to operate Zarova.

Zarova uses information to operate the website, provide accounts and dashboards, maintain profiles, process applications and interest submissions, publish public articles, manage admin workflows, protect access to restricted areas, respond to enquiries, and understand which products or content are useful.

Contact email aliases, including general enquiries and press or media enquiries, are used to route messages to the appropriate Zarova workflow.

Zarova uses consent-gated Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website usage and performance. These tools are loaded only when analytics consent is enabled through the consent banner or Cookie Preferences control.

Essential local storage is used for site operation, including cookie preference records, theme preference, and Supabase authentication and storage state where a user signs in.

Zarova uses infrastructure and product providers to operate the site. Supabase authentication and storage support accounts, profiles, sessions, uploaded profile pictures, application files, and CMS media. Vercel hosts the website and provides consent-gated analytics and performance measurement.

Zarova does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to host, secure, operate, measure, and maintain the website and related workflows.

Updates, Research, Founder's Thesis, product pages, careers pages, and other public pages are designed for public viewing. Do not submit confidential personal information through public content areas unless a form specifically requests it.

Zarova keeps information for as long as it is needed to operate the account, dashboard, application, publishing, security, legal, or communication purpose for which it was collected. Some operational records, including legal acceptance records and application review records, may need to be retained for accountability and administration.

Visitors can manage analytics consent through Cookie Preferences in the footer. Account holders can update available profile fields from the dashboard.
